our process

Our straightforward and transparent process delivers the most accurate representation of our client's design intent.

Step 1: Bring Together References

After you approve our proposal, we will ask for your AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, PDF files, or hand sketches. In addition, anyny floor plans and elevations should be provided before the project starts. We also ask for reference pictures of desired "mood and style", materials and textures, furniture, etc.

Step 2: Making a Clay Model

In this stage, we create the 3D model with minimal texturing and determine camera views that best showcase your project. For still images is in this stage where you will approve the perspective views. For animations, it is time to approve a specific camera path with a storyboard or floor plan diagrams.

Step 3: Preliminary Renderings

It is time to bring your project to life by adding colors, materials, textures, lighting, and landscape. Before going to the next step, you will receive a preliminary product for approval.

Step 4: Final Rendering

Final touches to the project occur in this step, including color correction, fixing animation glitches, and other variables, and you will get the final product.
